At Chocolatology, we make luxury chocolates designed to enjoy alone or pair with drinks. Chocolatology is a spin-off of The Clockwork Rose Bar, Bristol, a family-owned independent business in the centre of the city. We have been making chocolates in house for 5 years Our most popular chocolates include our Coffee Roses and our Peach and Honey Creams (made with white peach extract and Wye Valley Honey). Chocolatology does not use any single use plastics in manufacture or packaging and all our chocolate is Fair Trade sourced from 100% sustainable farming.
