This is Bake_labb, a Bristol-based independent bakery business in the UK. The bakery owner, Judy, has graduated from Lecordonbleu London in 2023. We come from Hong Kong and moved to United Kingdom since August, 2022, specialising in tea flavours cookie cake. We love tea culture, especially Japanese tea. As we found that there’s lack of information about Japanese tea, we hope we can spread our “Home, Asian Culture” to local people, let them know more about tea culture.
