Our products are handmade in small batches, using only the finest local and organic ingredients. We proudly use organic elderberries certified by the Soil Association, ensuring the highest quality and sustainability. Each batch of our syrup is made fresh to order, and we also offer delicious fire cider and oxymel—both infused for four weeks in raw, organic apple cider vinegar with the mother, to preserve their full potency and flavour.
