GingerBeard’s Preserves is all about making awesome-tasting, award-winning craft preserves. We are a small batch preserves manufacturer based in Bristol, producing around 200,000 units a year, by hand. We collaborate with a wide range of food & drink business, especially local breweries like Moor Beer Co, Arbor Ales or Bristol Beer Factory – using their beers with carefully selected ingredients. We use only natural ingredients, with no artificial preservatives or ingredients. We have a growing list of awards from Taste of the West, National Chilli Awards and Great Taste.
