Charity Applications

At Bath Christmas Market, we are proud to work with a number of local charities and community groups throughout the event. One of the ways that you can get involved is by renting one of our Community Chalets. Situated on Orange Grove and Milsom Street, community groups and charities are able to use these free of charge for a day of trading at the market.

You can either use this to raise funds by selling products, or simply raise awareness for the cause that's close to your heart. Preference is given to charities that operate with strong community links to the B&NES area so please state this in your application if it is applicable. 

Your chalet will be our barn-door style and will come with external fairy lights and decoration. You will need to provide any tables, chairs, internal lighting and branding. You will also need to ensure the chalet can be staffed for the full opening hours on your day of trading.

  • -Description of charity/community group
  • -Images of any products you wish to sell
  • -Information about the products
  • -Full name of the applicant
  • -Contact email address and secondary email address
  • -Telephone number
  • -Address of organisation
  • -Website links (if applicable)
  • -Social media links (if applicable)
  • -Availability
  • -Public Liability Insurance
