Founded in 2015, Wild Flour Cake Co began at Jessica’s kitchen table and has gently grown into a cosy, custom-built bakery on Timsbury Farm in Bath. While working in local coffee shops, Jessica noticed many cakes were packed with artificial flavourings and sugar. With support from The Prince’s Trust, she set out to bake differently — using natural flavours and creating cakes that feel good to eat. Today, Wild Flour Cake Co is a small, warm-hearted team brought together by a shared love of baking. From traybakes to muffins, they offer low-gluten, vegan, and classic cakes for everyone to enjoy.
