Bath and the surrounding area couldn’t be easier to get to - less than 2 hours from London, with excellent road and rail links.

Travelling to Bath by Car

Bath is located just 10 miles from junction 18 of the M4 motorway. Park & Ride services operate from Newbridge (to the west of Bath), Lansdown (to the north of Bath) and Odd Down (to the south of Bath.)

Travelling to Bath by Rail

There are excellent rail links to Bath Spa Station from destinations across the UK including direct services from Cardiff, Bristol, Reading, Salisbury and London Paddington. Travelling to Bath by Bus

Frequent bus services operate daily to Bath Bus Station, just 5 minutes walk from Bath Christmas Market. Visit the Traveline website or call on 0871 200 22 33

The Park & Ride services run from three sites Monday to Friday and four sites on Saturdays, with regular buses running into the city at least every 15 minutes. All are wheelchair and pushchair friendly. For late night shoppers and those visiting the market, Christmas services run throughout the months of November and December.

Travelling to Bath by National Coach

The Bath Tourist Information Centre has been appointed as the local agent for National Express Coaches. Tickets can now be purchased in person by visiting the Tourist Information Centre or over the telephone on 0844 847 5256.
