Bath Christmas Market, now in its twelfth year, is organised and promoted by Bath Tourism Plus. Bath Tourism Plus (BTP) is the official destination marketing organisation for Bath and the surrounding area.

The Bath Christmas Market was first organised by Bath & North East Somerset Council in 2000. Bath Tourism Plus took over the running of the event in 2004 and there are now over 130 retail stalls and six catering stalls.
